Node-RED nodes to work with Xtendis
This Xtendis package contains nodes to perform operations on the Xtendis server.
Features
- The
searchnode performs a search operation on an Xtendis archive using meta data. - The
uploadnode performs an upload operation to an Xtendis archive with meta data. - The
downloadnode performs a download operation, downloading a document from inside a Xtendis archive.
Installation
Use the Manage Palette option from the Node-RED menu, or run the following command in your Node-RED user directory (typically ~/.node-red):
npm install @objectif-lune/node-red-contrib-xtendis
Usage
The nodes can be used to interact with the Xtendis Server to upload or download Documents and search Xtendis Cabinets for documents based on file index.
A word of caution
This package is part of the OL Connect Automate stack. It is intended for use by current users of OL Connect who want to experiment with automating server operations through Node-RED. The OL Connect Automate stack is a technology preview.
Support
At this early stage, the OL Connect Automate stack is not supported through the OL Care program. Feel free to visit the OL Connect Automate stack forum to post questions, comments and suggestions.
