A package to meet the randomness generation needs of node-red developers

npm install random-generator_node-red-contrib

This Node-RED Palette installs 5 nodes each designed to generate random values in the following categories:

Number - Range, Rounded, decimalFixedTo
Boolean - Truth Value, ON/OFF, Coin
Color - Hex, RGB, RGBA, HSL
UUID
Name - Name Length

and the nodes come with customization options as per category giving full control over the outputs generated.

Note: use in conjunction with the 'Repeat' option in Inject node to generate a sequence of outputs at an interval
