Veida AI is an unlimited free AI image generator. This Node-RED node brings it into your flows: send a prompt, get back a link to the finished image, or pass an image URL and an instruction to edit it.
No API key is needed to start. Without one the node runs on Veida AI's free tier: each message is one run on Veida AI Image v1, about seven a day per machine, 1K with a small mark. Add a key from veida.ai/settings/apikeys to run on your account.
Install
From the palette manager search for node-red-contrib-veida, or:
cd ~/.node-red
npm install node-red-contrib-veida
Use

Output: msg.payload is the image URL, msg.veida is { url, watermarked }.
