node-red-contrib-tyrion
Tyrion Library palette for Node-RED — flow catalog, import/export, and automated flow backups.
Works on Node-RED 0.20.x through 4.x. No dependencies. Installs and loads live — no Node-RED restart required.
Install
From the Node-RED editor: Menu → Manage palette → Install → search for
tyrion → Install.
Or with npm in your Node-RED user directory:
npm install node-red-contrib-tyrion
Usage
After installing:
- On Node-RED 0.20.x the Tyrion panel appears as a sidebar tab.
- On Node-RED 1.x and later it appears as a tab in the Import/Export dialog.
Sign in with your Tyrion account (email format). Once signed in you can:
- Browse the catalog — organization folders with shared flows.
- Import a flow from the catalog to the canvas.
- Export the current flow into a catalog folder.
- Automatic backups — the device registers itself and backs up deployed flows on the schedule configured by your administrator.
All catalog and backup features require a valid Tyrion account; the palette grants no access without one.
