Pfeiffer Vacuum Protocol Parser

NodeJS lib for parsing serial responses from multiple Pfeiffer Vacuum products.

This lib currently supports:

• Pfeiffer Vacuum Protocol (RS485)
• MAGPOWER (ATH)
• Dry pumps (M4, M6)
